The application registration fee must be paid first. Your application is only considered once the payment is received.
Non-Refundable Fee
The 50€ registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.

Our team prepares your documentation and consults with universities in your preferred country: Serbia, Germany, China, or Malaysia.
Pay After Approval
Once your scholarship is approved, you pay StudyGate's service charge of 1000€, regardless of the percentage you received (50%, 80%, or 100%). This is paid to StudyGate, not the university.

What's Not Included

University Conditions Apply
Awarded scholarships follow the university's own conditions, such as grades and attendance. StudyGate is not responsible if the university reduces or withdraws a scholarship after enrollment.
Eligibility Is Your Responsibility
You must meet the university's entry requirements: valid diplomas, English proficiency, and age limits. Not meeting them is not grounds for a refund.
Visa Not Guaranteed
Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy or consulate. We assist with documents, but scholarship approval does not guarantee visa approval.
Timelines Are Estimates
Processing times depend on universities and intake deadlines. Delays by third parties such as universities or ministries are outside StudyGate's control.
Personal & Non-Transferable
Your application and any awarded scholarship are personal, non-transferable, and tied to the passport submitted with this application.
Data Privacy
Your personal data and documents are shared with universities and relevant authorities solely for the purpose of your application.
Scholarship Fee Refunds
The scholarship fee is refunded only if admission is cancelled by StudyGate or the university after payment. It is not refunded if you choose not to enroll.
Valid for the Stated Intake
An approved scholarship is valid only for the intake you applied for. Deferring to a later intake may require a new application.
